LOYALTY AND PROMOTION PROGRAM

From October 2021, we offer Loyalty cards to our clients, after every 5 visits, you will get 30% off any service for the next appointment. Our Loyalty Card has no cash value and is not exchangeable for cash.


We also offer some promotion programs:

- For the first new set, you will get $20 off.

- Get $10 off when writing a Google review.

- Get $10 off/each friend you refer to, no limit.

PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

- For the first time visit, if you don't know what to get, please book "New client" with a free consultation.

- DO NOT come with makeup if possible to give us more lash time, otherwise, we need you to clean your face before application.

- DO NOT wear any waterproof eye makeup or use any oil-based product/remover right before your appointment, oil may break the glue and make extensions fall out faster.

- DO NOT curl your lashes before your appointment.

FILL POLICY

- In order to maintain the quality and consistency of our work, we ONLY touch up our own work. If you are a new client, and have existing extensions from another salon, please add a LASH REMOVAL to your New set.

- "2 weeks and 1 day" is considered 2 week fill. "2 weeks and 2 days" is considered 3 week fill. "4 weeks and 2 days" (or <40% of extensions remaining) will be charged for New set.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us. If you have to cancel your appointment, please cancel 2 hours in advance. Please be advised you may need to deposit for your next appointment after first time last-min cancelation.

FIX POLICY

How long extensions last depends on so many things: environment, skin type, the strength and texture of your natural lash, lash aftercare, hair growth cycle, ... It is normal for 3-5 lashes to fall out daily, if your lashes fall out more abnormally, please contact us within the first week of your appointment, we will arrange a fix appointment for you as soon as possible. 


As with any product on the market, true allergic reactions do happen, but are rare. In case an allergic reaction develops, please contact us immediately, we will remove all the extensions free of charge for you.
